About the event

‘Breaking Bread’ was a set of two pop up supper clubs at the award winning Today Bread Bakery in Walthamstow, London on Friday 26th and Saturday 27th April.

As always, the evenings included three fabulous courses, made from surplus food, devised on the night by our fabulous chefs. Unsurprisingly, there was lots of sourdough involved!

Cocktail:
The Rose of Walthamstow Welcome Mocktail/Cocktail

Starter:
Tomato, Watermelon & Celery Compote with Gazpacho
Roast Smoked Ham with Mixed Pickles

Main:
Pan-Fried Tofu with Spring Veg Stir-Fry on Glass Noodles with a Coconut Curry Sauce
Sausage & Tomato Casserole with Today Bread Sourdough

Dessert:
Key Lime Pie with Greek Yoghurt & Raspberries
